Johnny started playing in hair bands in the late 80's while in high school and started playing full-time in the early 90's with a band called Palace. He came off the road in the mid-90's to go to college and played with the Bulldogs and Bonedaddy until the mid-2000's. In 2009, he played his final show with a Journey Tribute band (now called Arch Allies) and joined the Minnesota Army National Guard. He commissioned as an officer in 2011 and deployed to Afghanistan in 2018 to work Casualty Operations. After seeing the worst of war, he decided life was too short and decided to start playing again. Half of every dollar he earns with V3 gets donated to military causes. He brings high energy, vocal versatility, and passion
to every show.
Jason started playing drums on the planet of Krypton, which allows him to play faster and harder here on planet Earth. His ability to funkaphize any song is due to a genetic condition called "Funkaphelia". Jason previously played with bands such as Jezabel, Palace, Bonedaddy, Bounce, and Shag-A-Go-Go. His chops on drums are only topped by his cunning sense of humor. He keeps the audience laughing between songs when he's not offending them.
Dave is the "wisest" member of the band and brings stability to a group that has a tendency to push the envelope. He spent over two decades with The Johnny Holm Band and spent another decade with the Urban Myth Band. Dave's sense of humor is almost as twisted as Jason's and the banter can be mesmerizing between songs. He plays the bass effortlessly and his powerful voice makes the three piece band sound larger than life. He will also accept very high end tequila as a thank you for his services.
